End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the mobile application WhatsInn.

License

The application is licensed, not sold. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on your personal mobile device.

Permitted Use

You may use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify or reverse engineer the application
• Redistribute or resell the application
• Use the application in a way that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the application remain the property of the developer.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The developer may terminate the license if the user fails to comply with this agreement.
